Stella Show Mgmt. Co., Inc. has had great success producing antiques & art events at the Passenger Ship Piers since 1983. We have been through many changes at this venue over the years and welcome MMPI who have exciting plans for the future of Piers 92/94. Working with MMPI is a pleasure! The executives and staff are eager to keep their operations running smoothly and efficiently, easing the job of event management enormously. We look forward to many more successful events on Pier 92/94.

Our event went off without a hitch; everyone involved with Piers 92/94 was not only very professional, but went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We will definitely be back.

GLM uses Pier 92 and Pier 94 in conjunction with the Javits Center for presentation of the semi-annual New York International Gift Fair®. As a long-time and consistent tenant, we have a particular interest in the continuation of these facilities as tradeshow venues. During the first transitional year, MMPI's commitment to this venue has been evident. As a landlord, they have been professional and responsive, working closely with us to identify challenges and areas for development. We look forward to continuing to work with them as they develop plans to expand and upgrade the facility for future use.

One of the greatest challenges we have been able to overcome with MMPI's management of Piers 92/94, is knowing that we have a definite venue and date for The Armory Show. MMPI’s renovation of The Piers will provide The Armory Show with one of the most beautiful and generous spaces for exhibiting contemporary art.
–Paul Morris, Founder, The Armory Show

Exhibitors praised the gallery-like feel of the venue. Because of the flexibility in the fair's layout, there is a playful and slightly unpredictable feel as visitors walk though the space. The location also added an important element to the fair; the proximity to the water accentuated the worldliness of the show.
